The waistcoat was definately the wrong size, did not fit. I sent a message asking if I could get just the waistcoat in a bigger size, no response, again had to buy new outfit, will NOT be using your website anymore

The Blouse was too tight,tailor did not add extra margin as instructions. Been trying to sort out with customer service.They keep saying check measurements, which I have really disappointed.

Hi, For the first time I ordered a product from Mirraw with order # M786106117. This is a lehenga with semi stitched blouse. The stitching form only allows to enter chest size. Now the blouse doesn’t fit me at all. Blouse length was too short. Very bad service and now I cannot even return the product. This is new corporate style of robbing.

I ordered a dress from this website with I asked for standard stitching ..but unfortunately they sent me a dress with different material not the one I choose and I saw …very cheap fabric …they are a cheater …and even I cant return it because their rules for standard stitching no refundable .
and to update my review with Mirraw ,that what happen after i sent email , the customer service came back to me her name is JANI, she was nice and she asked my about the pics and all details and the offer to return to JUST 25% which is max return she can make 19$..

Product I ordered is good. But stitched was wrong. Because I don’t knew that size we chose as standard size, will be two inches more in actual size.
So it came loose. Next order I was alert and checked the size when they confirmed my order. Find it two sizes bigger what I ordered. I try every way to contact them. Finally they corrected and said I should order body measurements because it comes two inches more than the size I select. Anyway they are very helpful and sincere. I love how they handle it this time. I wish there success.
