Absolutely beautiful excellent quality. The seamstress spoke to me before measurements were finalised the blouse beautifully made… the whole experience is simply excellent I highly recommend using this website… I am from uk.., allow 3-4 weeks for stitched items to come through… so worth it absolutely elegant merchandise. Polite attentive staff

The product is excellent quality - you get what you see. The stitching is second to none. The seamstress called me seeking clarification on what I had asked for… honestly am blown away by the whole experience… I highly recommend this website the staff are helpful polite kind… excellent products!

The fabric seems to be inferior. For the block printing on the sleeves, the colors are coming out. Overall, not the quality we were expecting.

Everything is good except two issues-
One of my yellow dress blouse was supposed to be sleeveless but they stitched the sleeves.
Another issue is the strong fishy smell when removed from package.

Exactly as pictured. Good quality. The downside is that the order takes a very long time to arrive. I had to wait three weeks. But otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the customer service. They respond to messages promptly. The customer service is so understanding.

They stitched all my salwar kameez perfectly to the measurements and the models given. They did it quick and on time for my occasion. So very satisfied.

I ordered the pre stitched saree with embroidered blouse with waist belt. The blouse was badly stitched and it cut into my neck and was not like the one on the model as I had requested. Also my package did not contain the waist belt. The fall for the saree is also badly stitched. I wrote to the team but with no proper response. It’s very disappointing. I ordered this saree for a wedding I am attending in less than 3 weeks. I would rather return this package and get a refund because I am not able to wear it.

Delivery date listed was inaccurate
I ordered a bridal jewelry set based on delivery date
Ordered dec 19 with date of delivery 12/26
Called customer service on 12/23 reinforcing that I ordered because it said I will get it by dec 26 and as it is for my daughter who is a bride to wear on Dec 28 mehendi
Delivery date was changed to dec 28 and I was assured I will get it
It is Dec 27 and it has just been mailed and still in Mumbai
Cannot trust the site or the customer service

Hi I am sadly very unimpressed with my recent experience... I placed an order on the 4th November & to date , 14 dec have not received my order. I have been back & forth in emails with mirraw for the past 3 weeks & still have joy locating my parcel nor any feedback on a refund.
I would hope that this review will now get mirraw to assist me in finally resolving my dilemma.

It is the third time,I ordered from Mirraw.The lasted order is so satisfied.As the person who fascinated in India's cultured and clothes but have no yet opportunity to visit India.I never disappointed to order the outfits here.

I have been a Mirraw advocate for many years. However my most recent order was not as smooth as before. I had delays in delivery of at least 2weeks. Then the stitching had been done inaccurately and in a rush perhaps.
I'm sharing this ad a concern, hoping for this to be a one off scenario
