Is mooi maar te druk voor mij. Maar toch vind ik het mooi en zal het zeker dragen.
Was goed verpakt. Heb het onbeschadigd ontvangen. Dankjewel.
Een andere vraag. Ik zie vaak dat de kleding een lage rug uitsnijding hebben. Is dat aan te passen. Het is hier koud. Een dichte rug is fijner. Groetjes Helene 🥰

Waiting for item to arrive-order numberM927811180 .Expected delivery date 21 October. On tracking its in London from last 10 days waiting for connection. Tried to contact customer service in UK, no response on the phone line. Worse customer service.

Mirraw made a terrible mistake with the stitching.I have called them so many times. They have the proof. They know they made a mistake.Yet they will not refund the money or rectify their mistake.
hope your order fits you right. Otherwise good luck. My order was also old material
It has been nearly a month and still waiting.

I have same experience like Malathy. I also live in USA. I ordered two salwar kameez and one imitation jewellery. One of the dress and jewellery were fine. But the size mentioned on the website for other dress was inaccurate. The site mentioned size 36 but when I received the product it was too tight. It was down to at least 3-4 inches and there was no margin so that I could loose it and use the dress. I send an email and receive the reply in a timely manner. Vicky was the guy who was very positive and asked me in the first email to send pics. I send the pics as requested to mcare@mirraw team. After that, they just ghosted me and did not care to reply even after reminder email. Now the 7 days of return period is over. If its late or you are not willing to take back the item , at least let me know. This is so rude and unprofessional. I was a regular customer but not any more.

I have received partial order. I bought Saree price is 53 pounds. There was no notification of my items getting cancelled and I have not received any refund for cancelled items as well. Very poor customer service. If customer service is not taking any action I will take action.

I have order couple orders. If order has any issue,there is no solution. The USA phone does NOT go through. Email does not help. One of my order over $327.00 has no shipping charges but when I am receiving delivery UPS is asking $78 for delivery and they took back the goods.

THEY ARE CHEATERS; DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER TO THEM. I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AND LOST $108. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY NEVER SOLVE YOUR ISSUES.

If you buy from Mirraw, later you will regret for your action. Do not trust Mirraw. Bad service and product quality. They fool with fake pictures on their website and the one we receive will be a cheap quality materials. Mirraw will not pay for return postage. We have to pay from our pocket. If you write to Mirraw, they respond after ages. Mirraw is a stupid man cheating online company. Beware!!!! They do not deserve any star. Do not trust MIRRAW. They supply very poor quality materials. I had return two items recently, now struggling to get the refund. Each day I am receiving email from MIRRAW with different stories about my refund. The return post tracking says item delivered. However MIRRAW create stories each day delaying the refund. Return postage we have to pay from our own pocket which MIRRAW will not refund. So please do not engage MIRRAW. It is waste of money and time.

This Site Sucks..!!! I have never seen such horrible Customer Service Ever. I do almost 90% of my SHOPPING ONLINE AND NEVER experienced such an un- loyal service. They took my order and gave me the confirmation. I am waiting for over a week and i check the status it says cancelled . Rest is the ordeal...I tried to call them...chat with them ...such a lag waited with patience for 2 weeks or more... now they say the item is SOLD OUT. And ask me to choose an other product of same Fashion. Which i did ,now they saying i have to pay 3 times extra. I ask for a courtesy Discount. No response for that. Myself a business man..When there is a mistake from our side at least apologize and give them a courtesy Discount or attend to the Customer. Minimum ethics. Will never buy from here. I will tell all my Friends as well.
