The worst service from Mirraw. I bought a ready made blouse in which the buttons were on the wrong side. They said easy returns but they made it so complicated and now for a month I have been following up and no pick up done at all. I strongly recommend that people do not buy from this site.

I bought an amazing pista salwar amd an orange kurta. The quality is amazing and the delivering was so fast, considering it was coming all the way from India to Ireland! I will definitely shop here again and share this shop with my friends!

Wish the tracking system was clear, it is not updating and nobody responds to any questions Atlantic does not update clearly and it is frustrating when you paid for something and the tracking gets off track

Bought this saree today on 4/10/24. Length of the saree is not as enough as a regular saree mentioned in its specification. Amazing customer service and quality! I am extremely satisfied with the products I received. Right from ordering to receiving the package the team was always there to help me. I am really disappointed with their customer service. They give you the run around giving you one ticket after another - and nothing gets done to resolve the issue for an easy return. The website says easy return but it is impossible return. I have an issue with them and these people who answer the phone or the email cannot resolve anything. Bottom line- do not order from them.

Very good. Got the dresses for my brothers wedding and it looked very good. Customer service was good for changing the measurements and colour of dresses. Recommend

I'm writing this review after gone thru 4 months of calls and email exchanges with Mirraw Care Team. Unfortunately, Mirraw have messed up with my 2 orders where an incorrect lengha choli set was sent to me and also a saree with poor condition were sent to me. I sent countless pictures, emails and on top of called them to explain issues but at the end I was told no refund will be issued as they sent a correct product. Very disappointed with the customer service and the way they are handling issues. Not sure if their quality team really check the quality or the condition of the items before dispatching. Very sad to say I have decided to shop at different place as I don't want to deal with a business that can't stand by their product quality and also help to resolve customer concern. At this point, I'm very frustrated and dissapointed to even shopped at Mirraw at the first place.

was very impressed with the quality of the lenghas I ordered We had three lenghas with custom stitching that I was initially hesitant about. Ruchira from the stitching department went above and way way beyond to communicate with me to model how to take measurements and gave suggestions when the measurements I had sent were wrong. She worked with me professionally over several days to get my order just right. Ruchira even called me to confirm the measurements. I cannot emphasize how well the lenghas and Cholis fit. Ruchira did all of this with utmost courtesy and patience. Based on this response from Ruchira several other orders from myself and friends were placed. For this same order, the sherwani they sent us ( not the stitching department) was the wrong size. Customer response was prompt and they said they will be shipping the correct size sherwani no additional cost to us. Happy customer.
