Better quality than I expected, very happy with the product itself but arrived very late and I got hit with customs charges

The product quality and materials match the description, and the item itself is satisfactory.
However, the product price is quite high compared to the market, and after adding tax/VAT and other charges, the total cost becomes much higher than similar products available on other websites. Mirraw should also clearly inform customers that tax/VAT and import duties may need to be paid upon delivery.
Additionally, Mirraw should review their wallet policy, as the returned wallet amount is difficult for customers to fully utilize.
Overall, Mirraw’s business policies do not seem fair to customers, and greater transparency in pricing and policies would improve the customer experience.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

It's beautiful lahenga, the stitching lady Tahira she is perfect taking measurements on chatting & giving valuable suggestions. Perfect fit .
only dupatta is half of width.

Interesting! I just posted a review and gave them one star - review has been removed within minutes. I wonder how long this one will remain ... Here is the original review, I give it 5 stars which is ironical of course!
Worst online shopping experience ever! We ordered two clothes out of Germany as a wedding gift, to be delivered inside India. After three weeks(!), only one garment (saree) was delivered, after numerous incorrect info-mails re delivery status. Yesterday came the dispatch info for the second garment, when checking the tracking no. it said that the parcel was not picked up as the order was cancelled, which was confirmed by the seller. We requested a refund which was granted (as the goods were never delivered and the gift wrap for which we had paid was not made). Now, we are informed that we have to return the garment (which we never received) to the seller. Luckily we have two days left before the wedding to look for another present, but we will obviously never order again with Mirraw as they are unreliable. Or maybe they cancelled the second part of our order because we complained about the poor handling of the first part, trying to get rid of unpleasant customers?? Appropriate rating would be minus one star. Norbert, Germany
