The item arrived with a VERY strong fish smell that has not gone away. All of the outfits we ordered carried this scent.
Mirraw was able to customize my blouse to fit a bust of 30", which not all companies offer. But unfortunately, the underbust was sewn incorrectly. (On two of our purchased outfits, we reported the exact same measurements, but only one blouse was correctly sewn and only one blouse fits.) Additionally, the bra padding that we purchased is very tough and largely uncomfortable. We ordered the blouse shown on the model and extra sleeves were included inside the blouse. There is also a lot of material, if we ever need to expand the blouse.
I changed the back of the blouse so that there is a tie at the top. It is beautiful. The tie is a little thin. There are small gold tassels at the ends of the ties, but one is matte while the other shines.
As for the lehenga skirt, it is very comfortable and comes with its own lower can-can. There is a zipper and string tie. The tassels at the end of the tie are both shiny. It is not as easy to spot on the pictures, but the lehenga and dupatta come with occasional groups of sequins sewn together like small flowers.
Lastly, the color match is perfect. The green is bright and rich, the peach is more of a salmon color than it is peach.

Starting with the blouse, unfortunately, this was the only outfit with a correctly sewn underbust. The bra padding that we purchased is very tough and largely uncomfortable. We ordered a slightly different blouse style, and it was very flattering. However, it was also very itchy. Extra sleeves were included inside the blouse. However, the arm holes are not sewn correctly. I don’t even know how to describe it, the front of one sleeve is cut smaller than the other.
There is also a lot of material, if we ever need to expand the blouse.
As for the back of the blouse, the tie is a little thin. There are small gold tassels at the ends of the ties, but one is matte while the other shines, and neither match the more elaborate tassels on the photos. The color of the gold tassels also do not match the shade of gold on the outfit.
As for the lehenga skirt, it is very comfortable and beautiful, and it comes with its own lower can-can. It is heavy, of course. There is a zipper and string tie. The tassels at the end of the tie are both shiny and once again, a completely different shade of gold than the embroidery on the outfit.
Lastly, the color match is just slightly different. The embroidery is more gold than the pictures show, and the shade of purple is darker. Additionally, the blouse is a slightly lighter shade of purple, but not enough to be easily noticeable. The bottom trim of the lehenga and the dupatta is also a slightly different design, but it is stunning so no complaints there.
This lehenga looks BEAUTIFUL in the dark as well.

They mentioned there is 7 day return and provided USA customer care number. Received salwar pants in different color. Wanted to return. No USA address to return the item. No one picks up the call from Customer service. Need to spend $50 to return 2 items which is worth of $60. Never order from USA

Stiching staffs language is not acceptable, calling the customer ‘pagal’as I just send a mail saying that the measurements I have given is wrong as accidentally got submitted.
I contacted the staff through WhatsApp and also send an email. In the WhatsApp the staff contacted me and cleared everything. She said she will pass it on to the stylist Then she wrote to me that’ ‘ ye pagal aurat ka mail check Kar Lena’
This is how they talk behind the customer. Very disrespectful and I got shocked when I saw the message.
This is my first time ordering experience.

Very bad experience.I have ordered 4 product and all have some issue . Two product has stain in it , other one has wrong stitching one side different than other side. And last product they haven’t stitched at all. Very bad quality and very bad product. After all this for return I have to pay money for that bad product. I will not recommend to spend money in this better to get good product from stores or some other reliable website. I don’t know how to make this 1 star

I am having a terrible experience with MIRRAW. The piece is damaged and they are offering 5% discount for this, which is hilarious. They are offering discount from my money. Why should I have a damaged piece?? Terrible service from Customer care. Looks like have to take it higher up to resolve this.
