Arrived on time, well stitched, exceeded my thoughts on how it would look & I received 100's of compliments when I wore it. It was good quality & looked very much more expensive than it is. Very delighted with this first time purchase from Mirraw. Will recommend and I plan to shop again!

Absolutely beautiful outfit! Excellent communication and customer service. I thought I would order just to try and my expectations have absolutely been exceeded. I will be ordering another few outfits very soon for a wedding event.

The CUSTOM STITCHED blouse was nothing like the design I requested. I requested style 11 and I got a basic blouse that is not at all like the style I requested. Disappointed that I paid for custom stitching and got something I will not wear as it is. Also, the embroidery stops before the side seam so there is blank fabric at the sides of of the blouse. Really disappointed with this....

The fabric is not kanjivaram and looks a lot different to the picture. The picture looks very much like kanjivaram, but the actual fabric is more silk and not as rich looking. Border colour is also different. Picture has a purplish pink, but actual colour is more magenta.

I am having a terrible experience with MIRRAW. The piece is damaged and they are offering 5% discount for this, which is hilarious. They are offering discount from my money. Why should I have a damaged piece?? Terrible service from Customer care. Looks like have to take it higher up to resolve this.

bewarned - THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE STAR RATINGS. WEIRD.
If there was 0 star I would give a FUCKING 0 star.
My mom often shopped here (this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers!
The main problem was:
1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with
2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR ( I ordered BLUE they gave me black)
- I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one. (before their 7day return policy)
- I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end.
I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me.
I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond.
- WORST is that they replied yesterday saying will give me 20% REFUND. (this email was sent to my mom)
THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE FUCK!
MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

I had ordered for necklace worth rs 2000. Till date I haven't received. Umpteen times I have called your customer care number but of no use. You say you will call back but no response till now.
Worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. If I don't receive my order I shall cancel the same and give my worst review and spread the same to my friends also.
