I placed the order on 4th October.
10th or 11th October I emailed you if you can do a refund. It wasn’t going to reach me before Diwali 2025.
One week after Diwali 27th October I finally get the order.
The only reason I’m not leaving the negative review because the item itself looks amazing. It will go into storage for Diwali 2026.
I do understand it is my fault. I should have placed an order ahead of time to avoid this situation. The customer was non-existing. Apart from a prompt reply the person who emailed me back didn’t give a damn about my enquiry.

I ordered kids clothing on 16th sep and I received the product today as mentioned in the product’s expected delivery date.

Product number 3451069 material is a bit rough and different from the picture. The border makes the saree look a bit dull. But the other saree was ikkat and that was good . Blouse was good fit as well.

Ordered a sharara set and a palazzo set. Both sets are beautifully made and fits me perfectly. Delivery was very quick, in fact it was one day earlier than expected. Will order again. Thank you very much

The last purchase i made was delayed by 2 months. It kept returning to the Mirraw facility. This happened twice.
I emailed mirraw and their customer service is great, timely responses. They looked into the matter to get the outfits delivered.
This is the first time it has happened, i usually buy and get my products in less than 14 days. Thank you mirraw.
